By accessing and using SkinCore ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

SkinCore is operated by Skin Alchemy HI and provides a digital platform for skincare professionals and their clients to manage treatments, track progress, and facilitate communication.

SkinCore is a client management and communication platform designed for skincare professionals and their clients. The platform includes features such as:

• Progress tracking and photo documentation
• Personalized skincare routine management
• Secure messaging between clients and professionals
• Treatment plan documentation
• Session notes and history
• Community engagement features

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Professional Use

Skincare professionals using this platform must maintain appropriate licensure and certifications as required by their jurisdiction and practice within their scope of expertise.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Health Information

The platform may contain sensitive health and skincare information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect this information, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure.

Photo and Image Rights

By uploading photos to the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display these images for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your images.

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Upload malicious software or engage in hacking activities
• Share false or misleading health information

IMPORTANT: SkinCore is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice.

The platform facilitates communication and documentation between skincare professionals and clients. All skincare advice, treatments, and recommendations are provided by licensed professionals, not by the platform itself.

Users should always consult with qualified healthcare providers for medical conditions and before starting any new skincare regimen.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skin Alchemy HI and SkinCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We are not responsible for any skin reactions, treatment outcomes, or health issues that may arise from skincare treatments or advice received through the platform.

Some features of SkinCore may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Admin Account Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Admin accounts that cancel their subscription will be permanently deleted and cannot be reactivated.

Upon cancellation of an admin subscription, the admin account will be immediately marked for deletion, and all associated data including client information, photos, session notes, treatment plans, and all other account data will be permanently removed from our systems. This action is irreversible and no backup or recovery of the account or its data will be possible.

By subscribing to an admin account, you acknowledge and agree to this permanent deletion policy. We strongly recommend downloading or backing up any important data before canceling your subscription.

Grandfathered Pricing Policy

Subscribers who secure Founders pricing ($20/month) or Early Bird pricing ($49/month) will maintain their locked-in rate for the lifetime of their subscription, regardless of future price increases to standard pricing ($97/month).

This grandfathered pricing is contingent upon maintaining an active, uninterrupted subscription. If you cancel your subscription for any reason, you forfeit your grandfathered pricing permanently. Should you choose to resubscribe after cancellation, you will be required to pay the current standard pricing rate and cannot reclaim your previous discounted pricing tier.

Note: Due to our limited capacity model, canceled accounts cannot be reactivated, and new signups will be subject to current pricing and availability.

Platform Capacity and Exclusivity Policy

SkinCore maintains an exclusive platform model with a maximum capacity of 500 active admin accounts at any given time. This capacity limit is designed to ensure optimal platform performance, personalized support, and an exclusive user experience.

When the platform reaches its 500 admin capacity limit:

• New admin signups will be suspended and a waitlist will be activated
• Prospective users may join the waitlist to be notified when capacity becomes available
• Waitlist positions are filled on a first-come, first-served basis when spots become available
• Spots become available only when existing admin accounts are canceled and deleted

This exclusivity model ensures that every admin receives premium service quality and platform performance. By limiting access to 500 professionals worldwide, we maintain the highest standards of user experience and platform reliability.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Skin Alchemy HI and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our platform or included software without our express written permission.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will cease immediately. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on the platform and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hawaii.
